Ooops…a proper Yorkshire pud is made by pouring the batter into the hot tin containing the fat, and it should rise pretty quickly, and no turning!

Oh, gosh, yes, my grandparents were Yorkshire people, and my grandmother was a dab hand at a Yorkshire pud made the right way!!
